Beaver Toyota if Cumming is an excellent car dealer. We just traded in our 2018 Highlander and upgraded to a 2021 Highlander and our salesman, Tony Keels was awesome. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process delightful. Kelly Sobus in Customer care was awesome as well. Ricky Rosado in the finance office was great as well. Even Mike Lupica, the General Sales Manager came out to help us and it was much appreciated. We were treated like family and that goes a long way in my book.

We had a good experience. I noticed other staff too are all warm/welcoming. When it comes to the facility. I can say it is a family friendly center. There is a room for kids with toys and books. There are comfy waiting/coffee area. For the most important part: Smooth and pressure free transaction, as well! Kudos to Mr. Evan and Mr. Todd!

I’ve dealt with three salespeople, sales manager and the finance person. All were super friendly and knowledgeable. I’m a repeat customer because of the Beaver Benefits which no other dealership in the N Ga area can even compete with. Prices were fair and they had better inventory selection. My past experience with service has been excellent (my tires, battery and back breaks) we’re all cheaper thru the dealership plus they wash your car.

I had my RAV4 hybrid serviced a Beaver Toyota. I scheduled my 15k mile service via the website on my phone. The website interface could use a little work but I got it scheduled for a 7am appointment. I pulled in just before 7am and found about 15 cars in line to get checked in. I thought I’d be waiting 30 minutes to get checked in but the service team got everyone checked in quickly and within an hour I had my vehicle serviced and was on my way. The service department was efficient and quick.
